After completing one or one/two year of the course, a trainee may engage himself or herself by the employees of different industries for apprenticeship training, under the Apprentices Act, 1961. However it is under control of Govt. of Orissa, West Bengal & all over India or foreign country. After completion of their course the institution provides training programme and placements for the successful candidates. The institute has its own “PLACEMENT CELL” to arrange post examination engagement to the successful trainees. 100% job opportunities are provided to the deserving successful trainees.
On successful completion of these courses, the candidates shall be gainfully employed in the following industries:
i) RAIL, Ordinance Factory, etc in Govt. sector.
ii) Production & Manufacturing industries.
iii) Structural Fabrication like bridges, Roof structures, Building & construction.
iv) Automobile and allied industries
v) Service industries like road transportation and Railways.
vi) Ship building and repair
vii) Infrastructure and defense organizations
viii) In public sector industries like BHEL, BEML, NTPC, etc and private industries in India & abroad.
ix) Self employment
x) IT Industry
